products. So our customers can get distinctive ready-made clothes products with
specialized drawings and designs of cars and all engines through the store ,
and other products that we provide through the store.
You can create an account on the store by
getting into the home page and clicking on the "Create Account" icon,
and you must enter your mobile number, your email address and password, then
click on the "Registration" icon.
You can review the products available through the store,
access the product page you wish to purchase through it and then complete the
purchase process by selecting the shipping address and online payment through
the electronic payment methods available through the store.
BOLT provides shipping services to all Kuwaiti cities,
and the customer enters his address in detail and his means of communication,
and the store will set the cost of shipping in the purchase request . Also the
product will be delivered and received within one to two working days of the
time of purchase.
The shipping cost is specified
according to the region, city, or country to which the products are shipped,
and the cost may differ from one delivery company to another and from a
shipping company to another.
International shipping takes
place through an international shipping company such as Aramex and DHL, and the
shipping period is specified according to the shipping policy approved by the
shipping company.
The customer bears the international shipping cost for
the products that are specified by the shipping company, and the customer also
bears any additional costs that are imposed by the competent authorities in the
country to which the shipping takes place, such as taxes, customs fees and any
other costs.
BOLT provides e-payment through
the electronic payment gateway available through the store, and BOLT contracts
with an electronic payment service provider to guarantee the security of the payment process and to
maintain the privacy of financial transaction data, and the customer can pay
through BOLT using (Visa, MasterCard, K net).
BOLT store specifies the
expected period through which the product is delivered, the stages of the
shipping and delivery process, and in case the information does not appear in
the request, the customer can communicate with us through the means of
communication available on the store and we will inform him of all the updates of
the request.
BOLT provides a product
replacement and return service within 14 days of the of receiving the product.
The customer can request a return or replacement by contacting the Customer
Service Center by phone or email described on Contact Us page, and the rep will
arrive to the customer within 72 hours. The return or replacement of the
product is subject to specific conditions and controls that you can view
through "Return Policy", The product must be in its status and the
customer does not receive any benefit from it or the product is damaged as a
result of the customer's possession or error. Also any other conditions and
obligations stipulated in the return policy must be available .
If the reason of replacement
is related to the sizes, the buyer must exercise the right of replacement or
return within a period not exceeding five days, and in the event of the absence
of the alternative size, the customer has the right to exercise the return
option of and recover the value of the product, provided that the size option
is proven in the purchase invoice.
If the product under return is
one of the things that come into contact with the skin, the customer, in
addition to the necessity of fulfilling the conditions provided in Return Policy,
may not exercise the option of return and recovery only within a period not
exceeding 24 hours and provided that the option of return is proven the
purchase invoice.
If the products are returned
or reshipped due to a store's fault, In this case, the store will afford the
return and shipping costs, but if the reason for the return is due to the
customer, he will afford all the return
costs and re-shipping.
The store guarantees the
products' raw materials , the printing and designs printed on the products,
provided that the correct methods of use, washing and ironing are followed.
You can recover the funds paid
in case your return request is accepted, provided that the product is in its
status and fully compliant with the return policy adopted via BOLT, and the
store will return the funds with the same payment method used in the transfer.
BOLT offers the sale of products
inside the state of Kuwait. Also the
store provides the sale of products in other countries for which we offer to
sell and ship products for them whenever possible for us.
